Our work included a zoning and energy analysis and designing built-in utilities like lighting, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. The architectural design featured a sweeping staircase, large mezzanine spaces, and a contemporary mansard roof design. Multiple rooms were designed with cathedral ceilings and the second floor featured a terrace with a waterfront view.
