HY PE Engineering was contracted to create a full set of structural drawings for a brand new building at 180 Scholes Street. The space was to be a three story building with an attic, parking spaces, and an elevator. Our plans took into account a complicated floor outline, due to the contour of the walls, and a large plot at 126 feet by 100 feet.
2235 East 66th Street is an example of one of HY PE Engineering’s architectural projects. The proposed site was a two-story family home with an attic, cellar, and garage with space for four vehicles. The renovation included new layout for all of the existing floors, a new frame for the attic floor, and an extension to the second floor.
The project on 4620 12th Street was a new three-story two-family house with a cellar, adjoining garage, and elevator at eighty five by sixty feet. The proposed house consisted of two parts; a north west building and a southeast building with floor levels that did not match.
The synagogue at 5002 19th Avenue was rebuilt from the foundation up. HY PE Engineering took into account the existing structures of the building as well as proposed architectural plans to create drawings for heavy structures such as a steel frame, places with 6″ concrete slabs, and to underpin existing walls.
162 Skillman Street was a five story synagogue with a cellar and a large steel frame. This meant a labor-intensive design, heavy beams, and a lot of calculations. HY PE Engineering was contracted for a full set of structural plans.

HY PE Engineering was contracted to create a full set of structural drawings for one of our biggest projects to date: Two hundred by seventy five feet.
